I served this salad to 14 guests last weekend - it was a huge hit and I got several requests for the recipe, which I am gladly sharing. The only modification was to the bagels - i used mini-bagels and ended up baking them under low heat after browning them in the oven, as they seemed quite chewy and I wanted them more crunchy. Will put this one on repeat - perfect brunch or lunch meal.

I can't wait to make this gorgeous salad, again. It's absolutely scrumptious! I used smoked salmon rather than lox and was a little heavy handed with the dill because I love it so much. But this salad is a hit! It was light, but satisfying and all the textures made it sheer perfection! Love! Love! Love!

This is delicious! Bagels are a huge weakness of mine and I love using bagel chips as croutons. It is a great way to get bagel taste with less guilt.
