I followed the recipe exactly as written, but the crust got hard. The body of the cheesecake was delicious and I loved the cranberry topping, but I wish the crust would not have gotten hard. What did I do wrong?

Tried your recipe and loved it. Creamy texture to the cheesecake and loved the hint of orange as well. Really doesn't need a topping, it's delicious as is.

I love cranberry sauce and when I prepare it, when the berries start to pop, I mash it. I then cook it an additional time & when serving it, the sauce is gelled. I don’t add cornstarch. Do you think that I need to add the cornstarch? I’m looking forward to making it this holiday. Thank you for this recipe.

It's my first time making this recipe thanks to you! Turned out really delicious! The cranberry topping adds a burst of flavor and this dessert really looked visually stunning. Also, the buttery crust is spot on. I'm thinking of making this again for Christmas but with blueberry or strawberry instead.. i guess that'll work too.
