This is the closest I've got to eating Colombian food or even being in Colombia! Now, I'm sure I'd like other dishes from there as these chicken drumsticks were so good! Easy too!

They came out so juicy and flavorful. I did mine in the air fryer for about 25 minutes total and the skins were perfectly crisp (my favorite part). Definitely a keeper!

the flavor of the drumsticks was amazing! I did not broil them, but air fried them and they turned out with crispy and flavorful skins but juicy insides. Thanks for the awesome recipe!
