I did create this space to make international recipes easier to access for those with dietary restrictions, but as it's grown (happily), I am now proud to offer many international recipes to cooks from all backgrounds and preferences. So yes, this is overdue. This is probably one of those recipes that is the hardest to convert, haha. I'll do some testing and add a regular flour version.

I truly enjoy subscribing your collection of recipes and have tried a few with much success. If possible, I would like to see more non-gluten free recipes or at least a second set of ingredients for those who are not intolerant of certain foods (gluten, dairy, etc.). It's difficult to convert amounts and ingredients from brown rice flour and xantham gum, for instance. I would love to try this corn bread recipe, but the conversion to a non-gluten free alternative is daunting.

What an absolutely gorgeous looking cornbread! Would be so good with Mexican food or a big bowl of chili:)
