Am commenting from Australia which foodwise has totally beome Australasia - thus tofu is a beloved and much used ingredient and, even cooking itas often as I do, I mostly use Asian ingredients. In this case soy sauce and sambal oelek and shallow-frying it before adding it to any variety of other ingredients for the day, usually in the stir-fry format . . . absolutely love it, never think of it as vegetarian - just a great ingredient 🙂 !

I picked up a package of tofu and wasn't really sure what the best way to cook it was. I used the air fryer method and it came out perfect! Super tasty.

My tofu came out perfectly thanks to your recipe! I had never made it in the air fryer before and now I think it's my favorite way to fix it! It was full of flavor and just the right texture!
