For one 6 or 9-inch round cake: – ⅓ cup coconut oil – 1 ¾ cup almond flour – ¼ cup arrowroot flour – ¼ teaspoon salt – 3 large eggs room temperature – ½ cup apple liquid (liquid remaining from boiling the apple roses) – 2 tablespoons honey – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon lemon juice – ½ teaspoon baking soda – Honey diluted in warm water, or sugar-free jam diluted in warm water for glazing
