– Star fruit skin-on, sliced into ½ inch slices – Granadilla insides scooped out, seeds included. – Mint leaves optional

Transfer 1 cup of overnight oats to a jar. Top with a few slices of star fruit, skin-on, and the insides of ½ a granadilla, seeds included. Top with optional mint leaves.

– Dragon fruit peeled and diced finely – Ground cherries peeled and halved
