4-ingredient stuffed dates with chocolate are filled with almond butter, dipped into luscious dark chocolate and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.

Gather the Ingredients
– 12 Dates (preferably Medjool dates) – ¼ cup Almond butter – ⅛ cup Dark chocolate – 2 tablespoons Flaky sea salt
Make a vertical slit in each date, and remove the pits.

Fill each date with 1 teaspoon of almond butter. Repeat with all the dates.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, place dark chocolate. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, and continue microwaving in 30-second bursts, until your chocolate is fully melted.

Dip each stuffed Medjool date halfway into the dark chocolate. Set aside.
