Strawberry rhubarb simple syrup:
– 2 cups water – 2 cups white sugar – 4 cups chopped rhubarb fresh or frozen – 2 cups chopped frozen strawberries

Strawberry rhubarb gin fizz:
– 1 750 mL bottle sparkling pink Moscato – 1 lemon – Rhubarb stalks, strawberries and lemon, for garnish sliced thinly

Gather all the ingredients you'll need, including fresh strawberries, rhubarb, gin, lemon juice, sugar, club soda, and ice.

Strawberry rhubarb simple syrup:
Place the water in a saucepan over medium heat and bring to a slow boil. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

Cut the rhubarb into small pieces and mix it with sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
