This maracuja mousse recipe is an incredible Brazilian dessert made from passion fruit pulp, giving a tangy taste of the tropics while having a light and creamy texture.

INGREDIENTS – Condensed milk – Cream – Passion fruit or frozen passion fruit pulp thawed – Fresh passion fruit for garnish (optional)

STEP 1

– Blend all ingredients in your blender until smooth.

STEP 2

– Transfer into individual ramequins or a big bowl.

STEP 3

– Refrigerate for minimum 3 hours or until set.

STEP 4

– Serve cold and garnish with some fresh passion fruit pulp if desired.
