Air Fried Cheese Curds

These perfectly fried cheese curds are coated in crispy batter and fried in the air fryer for a gooey and melty snack!

INGREDIENTS Cheese curds  Gluten-free all-purpose flour or regular flour Garlic powder Paprika  Salt Black pepper Eggs Gluten-free breadcrumbs or panko breadcrumbs Cooking spray for the air fryer basket

STEP 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. In a third bowl, place the gluten-free breadcrumbs or panko.

STEP 2

Take each cheese curd and first coat it in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip the floured curd into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off.

STEP 3

Finally, roll the curd in the breadcrumbs until fully coated, shaking off any extra in the end. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese curds are golden brown and crispy.

STEP 4

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara, ranch dressing, or a gluten-free spicy mayo.
