Pomegranate Pistachio Whipped Feta

Ingredients
- 225 g feta cheese block drained and at room temperature (8 oz)
- 115 g cream cheese softened (4 oz)
- 120 ml plain Greek yogurt ½ cup
- 3 tablespoon honey 60 g, plus extra for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ loaf baguette or white bread sliced and grilled
For Topping
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds 75 g
- ¼ cup roughly chopped pistachios 30 g
- Extra honey and lemon zest for garnish
Instructions
Make the Whipped Feta
- In a food processor or blender, combine feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Transfer to Serving Dish
- Spoon whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl or plate.
Add Toppings
- Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and pistachios. Drizzle with extra honey and a pinch of lemon zest.
Toast the Bread
- Slice baguette (or similar bread) and grill slices until golden and lightly crispy.
Serve
- Serve whipped feta with grilled bread for dipping and spreading.
