Try this zesty citrus chicken marinade made with a blend of oranges, grapefruits, lemons & lime juice, infusing the meal with maximum flavor. Yields 1 cup of marinade.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon grapefruit zest
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
  • Place 4-5 chicken breasts in a resealable bag.
  • Pour marinade over chicken.
  • Refrigerate 1-6 hours.
  • Grill chicken over medium-high heat until 165°F internally.
