By the end of a hot summer day, I usually don't mind making dinner. Turning the oven back on for dessert is another story. The kitchen has already done enough, and so have I.

That is when the air fryer quietly earns its place on the counter. It gives me something warm and sweet without heating the house further. These 13 air fryer desserts are the ones I reach for when summer evenings call for an easy treat that doesn't make the kitchen feel hotter than it already is.
