Happy Purim!

Dear readers, friends and mom, I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish y'all a happy Purim! Another Jewish holiday that can be summed up by saying, "They tried to kill us, we won, so let's eat!", Purim is also known as the Jewish Halloween. Which means it's a great excuse to wear a costume and act silly!

Whether you are celebrating Purim by donning on your favourite fairy costume or by eating a bucketful of vegan prune hamantaschen, guava and cheese hamantaschen, gluten-free hamantaschen with orange and date filling, or rose pistachio hamantaschen. I hope this day is playful, delicious, and full of mirth.

And if you're wondering why I haven't been writing as much as usual... Check out some things I wrote elsewhere:
