      Thank you so much for the suggestions. I’ve needed something to spruce up my already boring, healthy protein, loaded entrées. You’ve given me a nice selection, so I now have no reason to produce a boring dinner.
      I am recently widowed, post-surgical after having been the “sous -chef “ with my loving wife, who is a wonderful cock. Following your death, I really lost interest in preparing a meal for one.
      I want company over for dinner and these side dishes will make my meals more interesting.
      I learned about you at the right time because I was about to give up and resort two frozen dinners. NOT!!

      I am alone, recently widowed and Post surgically losing weight, with no interest to cook for company which I want.
