Middle Eastern Small Plates Masterclass
If you've always been curious about the mysterious mezze platter but didn't know who to ask, then my Middle Eastern Small Plates Masterclass is the perfect chance for you to learn.

The world of Middle Eastern small plates is one that intrigues but eludes many of us. Bringing together seemingly contradictory flavours and scents, textures and colours, the Middle Eastern kitchen manages to seamlessly blend tradition and innovation while mesmerizing us with its effortless charm. This is the world of tiny cups of strong coffee, minty tea and olive oil, while also being the world of succulent lamb, fragrant nuts and pitas, just warm out of the oven. This is the world of magic and charm, 1001 nights and stories.

And I'm putting together the perfect Middle Eastern Small Plates Masterclass for you to learn all about it.

Tomorrow at 6:30PM, a select group of people will gather at a well-equipped demonstration kitchen in Montreal for an intimate Middle Eastern Small Plates Masterclass. Over the course of the next two hours, participants will measure and knead, smell and taste, and get their first introduction to the world of Middle Eastern flavours. They will come out of it with a full belly, sticky fingers and a thirst for more Middle Eastern bites. And of course, 20% off the price of my e-book (shh, this is a secret!).

So if you happen to be in Montreal tomorrow, May 31 at 6:30PM, join us for a true hands-on learning experience at the Middle Eastern Small Plates Masterclass. Register here to ensure your tickets - only a couple of spots remain!

* The Middle Eastern Small Plates Masterclass is a part of the Jewish Food Project, which I began last year. The Jewish Food Project is your chance to learn about the diversity and beauty of Montreal's Jewish culinary traditions and modern food landscape, and it's 100% not for profit. So you can feel good about the money you invest in learning to make eggplant dip.

  • Christmas cookies with peppermint pieces and white chocolate chips sit on a parchment-lined surface. One cookie has a bite taken out of it, revealing the soft, gluten-free texture inside. Peppermint candies are scattered around, adding to the festive charm.
